Financial Services Company Scaled Successfully With Salesforce Integration
The Customer
GoHenry was founded in London by parents who had gathered to watch their children play football. Their conversation turned to the need for a simple, real-life solution to teaching kids money management in today’s digital economy — and in 2012, GoHenry was born, named after the company’s 11-year-old first customer. Now serving more than a million people globally, GoHenry’s fintech services offer young people a means of financial control, while giving parents the visibility and guardrails needed to guide them.
Challenge
After doubling its customer base every year for six years, GoHenry was eyeing further expansion across the UK and US — but worried that their current processes would be unable to scale while maintaining outstanding customer service. With a complex web of data regulations complicating growth plans, the company decided it was time to take a fresh look at its technology and its Salesforce integrations, and to increase its emphasis on data visibility and accuracy.
WHY JITTERBIT
We wanted a reliable and resilient solution that could scale with us, and was easy to implement within our existing architecture. After just a few months in production, Jitterbit gave us all of this and more. I’m very happy to have them as a partner on this project.”

Solution
GoHenry began looking for a solution that was fast to implement and easy to use. Convinced that Jitterbit’s legacy Data Loader product was the right solution for this task, GoHenry selected Jitterbit as its vendor of record — and immediately, Jitterbit began working closely with both GoHenry and Salesforce on proof-of-concept and implementation plans.
Jitterbit experts provided advice and guidance during the implementation phase, and later provided cut-over support to ensure the deployment went as smoothly as possible. Jitterbit’s technical expertise, combined with a deep knowledge of Salesforce, meant that it only took three weeks to go from proof-of-concept to completed implementation. Best of all, the simplicity of the Jitterbit solution meant the GoHenry IT team was able to carry out much of the work themselves, with Jitterbit experts directing and supporting during the onboarding phase.
Results
The project’s scope was originally limited to the Jitterbit Data Loader product. But after Jitterbit delivered a highly successful deep data cleanse and a Salesforce integration that accomplished GoHenry’s initial goals, the company moved to Jitterbit iPaaS.
This move allowed the company to maintain a 99.99% data accuracy rate via scheduled, ongoing tasks within iPaaS: As data fed into Salesforce from the US and UK, this data was then automatically checked at multiple dynamic checkpoints.
The adoption of iPaaS also meant that GoHenry could integrate significantly more endpoints. Plus, as a fully supported and scalable integration platform, iPaaS provided an integrated data transfer mechanism with full alerting and monitoring capability that the company identified as a must-have.
“Ultimately, it’s enabled us to stretch to meet the growth that we’re dealing with without disrupting the offering that attracted our customers to us in the first place,” GoHenry COO Louise Hill said.
GoHenry was delighted with the level of support, expertise and interaction received from the Jitterbit team. After successful iPaaS implementation, GoHenry employees were able to access highly accurate information, with greater confidence that the data available to help them perform their jobs was being held to the highest standard. With 20,000-40,000 data updates made in iPaaS every hour, data was continually being cleansed without a single failure. And because the system is self-healing and self-documenting, it reduced time spent on manual tasks and checks for multiple teams, from marketing to IT to customer support. GoHenry ultimately found that Jitterbit cut its technical debt, increased ease of scalability, and provided a reliable and up-to-date data infrastructure for future expansion.
“We wanted a reliable and resilient solution that could scale with us, and was easy to implement within our existing architecture. After just a few months in production, Jitterbit gave us all of this and more. I’m very happy to have them as a partner on this project,” GoHenry CTO Jeff Faubel said.
