How does this new program affect my current partnership with Jitterbit?

This new program will replace your existing reseller or referral partnership agreement and framework. We believe the changes offer significant advantages and a more structured approach to our collaboration. Your current agreement will terminate August 31, 2025 to the new terms as outlined in the transition guide.

What happens to my existing deal registrations, referred leads or open opportunities?

All active and approved deal registrations, referred leads and open opportunities will be honored under the new program. They will retain their existing status and protection under the new program’s guidelines. Your partner manager will confirm any specific details or changes if applicable.

Do I need to re-apply to join the new program?

Yes, existing partners will need to re-apply using the registration form. We will be actively working with you to transition your partnership to the new program.

What is the timeline for transitioning to the new program?

The new Partner Program officially launches on June 25, 2025 after which all partners will have the option to opt in to the new program. Existing partners with an active reseller or referral agreement will have until August 31, 2025 before their current agreement terminates. During this time, your account manager will be in close contact to assist with any questions or requirements.

Will my historical performance count towards the new rebate program?

Yes, for the current rebate year, your performance from February 1, 2025 will be tracked and count toward your annual rebate calculation under the new program’s terms.

How do I join the new Jitterbit Partner Program?

You can apply to join our program directly through our website. Simply complete the online application form. Our team will review your submission and contact you regarding the next steps.

What are the requirements to become a partner?
