Jitterbit’s Customer Referral Program is a new way for customers to benefit from something that already occurs naturally - word-of-mouth referrals.
How It Works
We didn’t design this program to only reward you once you’ve submitted a referral. Instead, you can earn multiple cash rewards, of up to $1,000, as your referral engages with our sales teams. Let’s break it down below:
Who Can Submit Referrals
All customers in North America are eligible to submit referrals through this program. Please note that Jitterbit partners are not eligible.
Who Can Be Referred
The perfect contact to refer to Jitterbit will, most importantly, be someone you know. Whether they are a friend, family member, or colleague, it doesn’t matter as long as you know them personally. Don’t recommend the owner of your favorite coffee shop on the corner unless you know they could benefit from working with Jitterbit.
Additionally, your contact will likely be a working professional in IT, Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, or Finance who is currently wasting valuable time on manual processes and workflows within their team. See our terms and conditions for further details.

Who is qualified to submit a customer referral?
Any contacts associated with a Jitterbit customer account (no minimum contract) in North America are able to participate in the customer referral program. (Sorry, no partners!) As long as you’re a customer of Jitterbit, you’re good!
Who does NOT qualify?
Anyone outside of North America and existing Jitterbit partners do not qualify.
Are there any requirements the referral must meet? Or can I refer anyone I know?
Just a few.
- The contact you are referring should fit into Jitterbit’s customer persona (a working professional in IT, Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, or Finance).
- It must be someone who knows you by name.
Take a second to think about people you know at other organizations, or in a different line of business within your current company (if within your company, make sure you consult company policy), who might benefit from our solutions. Odds are, you know of more people than you thought.
Can I refer someone in another department at my current company?
Yes. Please consult your company policy before doing so.
Does the referral have to be the decision-maker?
Nope! You can refer anyone who you believe would benefit, as long as they can connect Jitterbit to the buyer.
How do I submit a referral?
There are two ways you can submit a referral. Both options can be found in your Referral Program Dashboard.
- You can share your unique referral link with friends and colleagues directly
- You can manually submit your referral manually here by using your unique referral code
What’s in it for me?
We wouldn’t ask you for anything without expecting to give back in return. We are excited to offer customers incremental cash rewards of up to $1,000 from the moment you submit a referral, so it’s a win-win for everyone involved. Let’s break it down below:
- Receive $100 right off the bat if your submitted referral meets the requirements
- Receive $400 if that referral meets with one of our Account Executives
- Receive $500 (for a grand total of $1,000) if your referral signs on as a customer
Do I have to pay taxes?
All US citizens have to pay taxes on awards higher than $600. All referrers who are awarded more than $600 will receive a 1099 from Jitterbit.
Will the rewards be affected if the sales process doesn’t move forward within a certain timeframe?
We understand that coming to the decision to sign on with a new vendor can take time. Your reward will remain valid for as long as the program is in operations.
How long will it take to receive the rewards as the person I referred moves through the process? Will I be notified along the way?
You will receive email notifications as your referral moves through the process to let you know which stage they have reached. The rewards will be dispersed as soon as the referral meets the corresponding stage in the process.
Is there a limit to how many referrals I can submit?
Nope! Each new referral qualifies for the reward program.
