Message from our CEO to the Jitterbit Community


To Our Valued Jitterbit Community,


The team at Jitterbit has been closely monitoring the news around the COVID-19 outbreak from around the world. On behalf of all Jitterbit employees, I wanted to let you know that our thoughts are with those who are affected.

At Jitterbit, our values include empathy and relationships. While this is an unprecedented and challenging situation for all of us the welfare of our employees, customers and communities are foremost in our minds. Our hearts go out to all who have been impacted by this virus, especially anyone who is sick or has family, friends, or neighbors dealing with the illness. We also honor the front line heroes – such as healthcare, social, government and business workers – who are providing essential services to ensure that the world continues to operate.

I also wanted to share how Jitterbit is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have a foremost commitment to our customers to provide uninterrupted service. Keeping this in mind, Jitterbit maintains a robust business continuity strategy to ensure critical services are delivered to our customers and partners across the globe without incident. At this time, we are maintaining essential on-site staffing as needed while having our employees work remotely as part of our well-established remote-work policies and technologies. This will ensure that our customers can receive uninterrupted service without any degradation or disruption. We will keep customers updated on any relevant information via our status page. I want to remind our customers that all of the services we provide are engineered for resiliency and redundancy by default. In addition, because we offer a cloud-based service, most support functions can be supported remotely. These architecture decisions help us ensure a high level of service for our customers.

Employee safety is, as always, a top priority for us. We will continue to follow the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO)Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health authorities regarding the spread of the virus. All non-core employees have been encouraged to work from home, and take the necessary precautions advocated by health authorities.
