Capital Impact Partners is a national non-profit organization and a certified Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) that finances health clinics, charter schools and community facilities. Their overarching mission is to improve access to high-quality health and elder care, healthy foods, housing and education in low-income communities.

Through a technical assistance program called the Cornerstone Partnership, they help local governments and non-profit organizations establish best practices and administer homeownership programs for low-income families.
