A first look at how AI will power Jitterbit’s upcoming releases.

The future of business acceleration is powered by AI. This technology, now widely available for the first time, is evolving the workplace by automating routine tasks and allowing workers to focus on strategic and creative endeavors that foster innovation and enhance productivity.
If this all sounds familiar, it may be because Jitterbit has been focused on these goals for decades.
Our low-code solutions were designed to streamline business processes and to empower employees to create and innovate independently, without the need for complex coding. With the help of AI, Jitterbit is lowering barriers to entry even further, allowing anyone to solve complex automation, integration and development challenges faster than ever with the ease of simple, conversational language.
Jitterbit, Now Powered by AI
While common approaches to AI range from novelty bolt-on features to complete replacement for existing products and processes, Jitterbit is taking a more deliberate approach. We recognize the tremendous promise of AI, but we also know that AI itself isn’t the product — it’s a means for improving further on the things we already excel at.
In other words, we see AI as an evolution, not a revolution. Rather than replace or overhaul the solutions thousands of customers know and rely on for their own businesses, we’ll be infusing AI through our existing products — using it to uplevel with an emphasis on utility and usability.
Here’s a preview of the first four AI-powered Jitterbit releases:
- OpenAI Connectors: Enables the connection of OpenAI and Azure OpenAI with other applications using the Jitterbit Harmony platform. Available now
- App Builder AI Assistant: Utilizes natural language to build and modify an application. It will allow line-of-business owners and developers to design and build applications faster, accelerating time to value. Currently in beta
- Connector AI Assistant: Further simplifies the creation of iPaaS connectors for endpoints with REST APIs. By empowering even those with no coding knowledge, Connector AI Assistant will allow faster development of integrations between applications. Currently in beta
- AskJB: Fields natural language queries of Jitterbit documentation and delivers precise, concise responses across the entire Jitterbit platform, drawing from the user’s own data and system applications. This will ensure users at all experience levels can quickly and easily get the information they need. Currently in beta
Incorporating AI isn’t the only way we’re improving the user experience, however. In the coming days, we’ll be talking more about how we’ve united our iPaaS, APIM, EDI and app development capabilities into a single platform for greater convenience, integration and ease of management.

We already have several more AI functionalities in the works, as well as other developments focused on improving the user experience.
We absolutely believe AI is a game changer in this space. It promises unprecedented efficiencies, predictive analytics, and the ability to transform massive datasets into actionable insights. But even as we incorporate and leverage this transformative technology, our ultimate goal remains the same as it always was: to build an experience that allows you to do more, more easily, efficiently and profitably than ever before.
