While videos, solution briefs and blogs are all valuable research tools, there’s no substitute for standardized, unbiased reviews conducted by analyst firms such as Gartner. That’s why Jitterbit is proud to announce we’ve been named a Visionary in the 2025 Gartner Magic Quadrant for iPaaS — our 11th straight year of recognition.
This placement puts us among the top iPaaS vendors globally: Out of hundreds of vendors, Gartner tracks the top 150. This year, only 16 vendors qualified for a place in the Magic Quadrant — placing Jitterbit in roughly the top 10%.

A Visionary Approach to iPaaS
Gartner defines a “Visionary” iPaaS vendor as one that demonstrates a good understanding of emerging technology and business trends, as well as strong innovation in technology, delivery models and marketing strategy.
In its report, Gartner cited three specific strengths that contributed to Jitterbit’s placement: Market Understanding, Product Strategy and Business Model.
We Understand What iPaaS Customers Need
According to Gartner, “Jitterbit displays a thorough understanding of iPaaS buyer needs, addressing each of the core integration patterns and high-value B2B and internal integration use cases with messaging on its holistic set of capabilities from a single provider.”
Today’s iPaaS buyers aren’t just looking to connect endpoints. They’re looking to do so in a way that advances their business transformation goals, resolves silos and addresses the data divide — all while maintaining compliance.
According to a Gartner research report, 64% of execs cited talent shortages as the most significant barrier to emerging tech adoption. But while IT teams are stretched thinner than ever, a recent Jitterbit survey found 70% of resource demand for enterprise automation still falls to IT teams.
Empowering non-technical users to build, deploy and maintain applications and integrations was cited by almost all respondents as the best way to optimize resources amid growing complexity — and this democratization has long been a core Jitterbit mission.
Acknowledging our progress in this area over the past year, Gartner remarked, “In 2024, Jitterbit released product features focused on applying AI for application development and integration.”
These advancements, such as the introduction of AI assistants for iPaaS, App Builder and API Manager, “enable a broader range of business users” while at the same time enhancing developer productivity and earning good scores from integration specialists and business technologists.
We Offer a Single, AI-Infused Platform
A recent Jitterbit survey found that while 99% of IT leaders acknowledge the need for seamless integration and automation, 71% still lack a unified platform to help achieve it. Jitterbit Harmony was designed to bridge this gap.
“Jitterbit Harmony effectively combines iPaaS, EDI, API management and low-code application development into a single, AI-infused platform,” Gartner noted, and “is most commonly used by organizations seeking a broad set of capabilities from a single provider.”
By bringing together these capabilities, Jitterbit empowers customers to seamlessly connect workflows and ultimately begin building true end-to-end automation — all while allowing them to adopt AI capabilities and scale at their own pace.
Harmony is Unique
Jitterbit’s business model was also praised by Gartner, particularly the acquisitions that have allowed us to more effectively serve existing customers while expanding options for new ones. This strategy has resulted in Jitterbit “providing differentiation from some other iPaaS offerings.”
As the first layered AI and low-code automation platform, Jitterbit Harmony has set itself apart in a number of ways, including:
- AI Infusion: With AI layered within and throughout our products, our customers have a choice of where, how, and how much AI to leverage.
- Security Focus: We take the security and privacy of your data, and the critical business processes that utilize it, very seriously. We apply a hybrid framework based on NIST, CISA, CSA and CERT recommendations, and constantly evaluate and improve to meet or exceed the latest security demands.
- Ease of Use: In an anonymous survey, both IT and line-of-business customers said they found Harmony faster and easier to use than other iPaaS offerings. With an intuitive interface, pre-built integrations and connectors, and powerful customization options, customers can create, manage and modify more integrations and automations on their own. Customers rank Jitterbit’s “Average user adoption” at 75% — well above the average of 53%, based on G2 Winter 2024 Enterprise Implementation Index for iPaaS.
- Faster Time-to-Value: By empowering line-of-business users to develop, maintain and manage complex integrations, Jitterbit iPaaS offers a faster time to value: Customers report an average ROI of 10.5 months vs. an industry average of 17 months, according to G2 Winter 2025 Enterprise Results Index for iPaaS. G2 also found that Jitterbit’s 1.8-month average “time to go live” was much quicker than the industry average of 3.23 months.
But it isn’t just our products that set Jitterbit apart: It’s also our people. As Gartner noted, “Jitterbit has a customer-leading global commercial and support footprint.” This includes a global salesforce and 24/7, follow-the-sun support and services.
This is a testament to how effective our support infrastructure has become. Today, Jitterbit enjoys a 91% customer support agent rating, and 85% of our customers say they’re likely to recommend Jitterbit to others.
