How Luca Taglioretti Is Scaling Jitterbit’s Global Partner Momentum

By Amber Wolff, Content Manager

When Luca Taglioretti joined Jitterbit as Chief Revenue Officer in May 2025, his goal was to unify global go-to-market strategy, accelerate growth and expand the newly reimagined partner program into the next era of AI-driven integration and automation.

Less than a year later, the results are clear — and the recognitions are already coming in.

We’re proud to announce that Taglioretti has been named to the CRN® 2026 Channel Chiefs list, an industry recognition reserved for leaders who are shaping the future of channel strategy and partner-led innovation. The honor reflects not only Taglioretti’s leadership, but the rapid evolution of Jitterbit’s global partner program — and the growing role partners play in delivering enterprise AI automation at scale.

A Strategic Appointment at a Pivotal Moment

Taglioretti joined Jitterbit with more than 25 years of experience building and scaling high-growth sales and channel organizations across integration and cybersecurity. As CRO, he assumed responsibility for global sales and go-to-market strategy at a time when enterprises were accelerating demand for AI-infused integration, automation and application development.

“Luca’s deep experience in building and scaling high-growth sales organizations, particularly in the channel, makes him the ideal leader to drive Jitterbit’s next phase of expansion,” Jitterbit President and CEO Bill Conner said in announcing Taglioretti had joined the company. “This strategic alignment of our global sales operations under Luca will enable us to more effectively serve our customers and partners worldwide and capitalize on the significant market opportunity in AI-infused integration, automation, and application development.”

Reimagining the Partner Experience

From the outset, Taglioretti’s focus was on building and strengthening the partnerships essential to delivering meaningful, accountable AI-driven transformation.

That philosophy took shape in June 2025 with the launch of Jitterbit’s new global partner program. Built around the Jitterbit Harmony platform, it was designed to help partners deliver end-to-end automation, integration and agentic AI solutions — all backed by training, technical enablement, and a scalable operating model.

Since the launch, the program has driven rapid and measurable growth:

  • More than 60 new partners added globally since July 2025
  • An average onboarding pace of three partners per week
  • A diversified global footprint, with partners spanning EMEA (40%), North America (30%), LATAM (20%), and APAC (10%)

By aligning incentives and investing deeply in partner readiness, Jitterbit created a channel environment that scales without sacrificing quality.

“By streamlining how we onboard and support our global partners, [Luca] has created a scalable framework that drives mutual value,” said Conner. “We remain committed to excellence in the channel as we continue to expand our global operations and design managed service provider offerings for AI-forward partners.”

Turning Enablement Into Advantage

A critical pillar of the program’s success is Jitterbit University (JBU), which provides enterprise-grade technical education and enablement. Through JBU, partners gain hands-on expertise in deploying complex automation, integration and AI solutions to ensure customer outcomes keep pace with innovation and expectations.

The impact has been significant:

  • 5,000+ partner learners engaged in JBU training
  • 500+ individuals enrolled in the formal Partner Program learning path
  • Nearly 425 certified Jitterbit Integration Developers, with more than 250 additional certifications in progress

This focus on technical excellence ensures partners aren’t just reselling technology, but also delivering real transformation to their customers.

Recognition That Reflects Momentum

CRN’s Channel Chiefs list recognizes executives who drive channel innovation and foster strong, profitable partner relationships. Taglioretti’s inclusion on the 2026 list underscores the momentum Jitterbit has built.

“I am honored to be recognized by CRN and to lead a team so deeply committed to the success of our partners,” said Taglioretti. “Since revitalizing our partner program, we’ve focused on giving partners the training and AI-infused tools they need to solve complex automation and integration challenges. This recognition reflects the collective success of our team and our global partners.”

From forging the foundation to receiving this recognition, Luca Taglioretti’s first year as CRO has helped pave the way for a more agile, partner-powered Jitterbit. As enterprises increasingly look to partners for trusted guidance on AI, automation and integration, Jitterbit’s channel strategy — and the leadership behind it — position both Jitterbit and our valued partners for success and growth.
