The offer is subject to a signed order, based on the mutual agreement of the scope of the application. Promotional contract is for one (1) year. Offer permits the customer to have a Vinyl subscription to develop and deploy one application into production. Customers must upgrade to Standard, Pro or Enterprise plans for additional applications. The promotional offer does not guarantee a completed application if Professional Services (PS) hours are exhausted. Additional paid PS hours can be purchased at standard rates if customer requires additional development to complete the application. Any PS hours not utilized will be forfeited at the earlier of completion of the project with fewer than the allotted hours or upon expiration of the one-year term. Promotional PS hours are not included in a renewal of the subscription. Other terms and conditions may apply.
