Demand for Rapid Cloud-to-Ground Connectivity Helps Jitterbit Double Business Year-Over-Year
Alameda, Calif., Oct. 28, 2015 — Jitterbit, the leading provider of fast, agile integration solutions for the modern enterprise, today announced that it recorded its largest fiscal quarter in company history. On the heels of the launch of its Harmony Live! real-time API platform, the company doubled its new business in the third quarter compared to the same period last year, expanding across a diverse range of industries with new marquee customers including AmerisourceBergen, Breville, the Danish Ministry of Taxation, Medical Tracking Solutions, Recurly, TrustPilot, U.S. Soccer Federation and Yamaha.
Along with record revenues, Jitterbit signed a deal that sees the company now distributing its technology and services to thousands of healthcare providers. As the need for interoperability of patient data continues to increase, Jitterbit has seen tremendous demand for its connectivity solutions in the healthcare market.
Jitterbit has also expanded with new functionality, including real-time APIs available through the Live! platform and support for additional connectivity to popular enterprise apps. This has translated into business growth not just through new customers, but also within its existing customer base, resulting in a negative customer churn rate for the quarter.
“The need for real-time connectivity solutions keeps increasing as companies bring on new best-of-breed cloud applications, and Jitterbit has become the go-to provider to get companies connected,” said Jitterbit CEO George Gallegos. “We are thrilled to have closed our biggest fiscal quarter ever, but even more excited about the fact that we are growing our footprint among existing customers and demonstrating the real value that rapid and easy integration delivers.”
Jitterbit has also gained significant traction partnering with independent software vendors (ISVs) that want to deliver real-time connectivity to their customers. With Jitterbit’s Harmony Hub, software providers can now easily offer their customers complete connectivity from their solution to any other app, freeing development teams to focus on core offerings and innovative features. Connectivity has become crucial for software companies bringing their solutions to market, making Jitterbit a vital partner for new product offerings.
Oracle named Jitterbit a Gold-level member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), enabling the company to now provide pre-built solutions that demonstrate Oracle-certified expertise in specific fields of technology. Jitterbit’s cloud-based platform enables Oracle customers to establish digital connectivity for the full Oracle solution suite, addressing the challenges of joint customers that need hybrid connections between their cloud, on premise and digital endpoints and Oracle applications. In addition to the Oracle partnership, Jitterbit expanded on its existing NetSuite BFN partnership with a new suite of pre-built Jitterpak integration templates designed for the NetSuite customers who need “out-of-the-box” integration with Salesforce solutions.
