A rundown of what’s changing, what’s staying the same and what’s to come for Harmony.
By Carole Achramowicz, VP, Product Marketing
If you’ve been following industry news, our blogs or social media, you’ve probably noticed we’ve made a few changes over the past year. On the heels of two of our biggest announcements — our increased focus and investment in AI, and the introduction of our unified, AI-infused, low-code Jitterbit Harmony platform — we’ve made a few other changes you might notice going forward.
The Jitterbit Harmony platform brings together the same robust integration, API management, low-code application development and EDI capabilities you’ve come to rely on. But as we evolve the relationship between these products and the platform, we’re also evolving the relationships between these products and the Jitterbit brand. Our new product names align with our platform-based vision and how each product fits within it.
New Era, New Names
The Harmony name was previously used across both platform and product tiers. But as the importance of the platform itself comes to the fore, we’ve adopted a new naming structure to provide clarity to our prospective and existing customers.
The unified AI-infused low-code Harmony platform accelerates business transformation by enabling organizations to automate and orchestrate critical business processes, operations and workflows. Across our platform, we’re empowering IT teams as well as line of business teams to do more with less intervention by reducing coding barriers and infusing a new set of flexible AI capabilities (currently in beta).

Success Central → Jitterbit Documentation
Jitterbit is committed to empowering our customers to succeed: From events to webinars to third-party research, we do all we can to help customers get the most out of their investments. Because these efforts go far beyond documentation and educational resources, we’re changing the name of our Success Central site to Jitterbit Documentation.
This new name offers a better idea of what the site contains, and acknowledges that, while being informed is critical, it’s relationships — between us and our customers,, and between you and your customers — that are the true drivers of success.

Cloud Studio → Jitterbit Integration Studio
Cloud Studio is now known as Jitterbit Integration Studio. With its new name, customers and prospects alike will better know what to expect: the web-based version of Jitterbit’s integration project design application, offering a modern design experience optimized for simplicity and easy access.
Upgraded Look, Same Proven Performance
In addition to the new names you’ll be seeing flash across your screen, we’ll also be upleveling the look and feel of our solutions. However, the change to the actual user experience should be slight. As we’ve worked to ensure a true platform approach, we wanted to create as few disruptions to users as possible, even as we introduce options to uplevel their capabilities. For example, while we’ve designed our products to work seamlessly together, they’ll still work just fine on their own — you don’t have to purchase the entire platform if you don’t need to.
We have some amazing developments planned over the next year and beyond. But despite these upcoming improvements, we’ll still be putting consistency, reliability, flexibility and performance at the forefront, while continuing to deliver the best value in automation, integration and orchestration.
