2015 was a stellar year for Jitterbit. We added over 11,000 new users on the Harmony platform and welcomed more than 300 new customers from a dozen industries. The company grew recurring revenues 80 percent over the previous year and achieved greater than 100 percent customer retention. By every measure we’ve entered 2016 with tremendous momentum.
Today, I’m excited to share that we’ll be building on this momentum and taking integration to the next level with a $20 million B-round investment led by KKR.
Since Jitterbit was founded, we’ve been on a mission to make it fast and easy for anyone to connect the applications they use, without writing code. This investment will let us scale and use our decade of experience to bring tailored integration solutions to new industries and technology ecosystems. We’ve just released a suite of healthcare solutions designed to improve patient care, and are bringing together the data that will help the American Society of Clinical Oncology’s CancerLinQ program transform cancer care.
In addition to building new solutions, we’ll hire many talented people to support our growth and continue helping our customers achieve fantastic business results by getting connected.
I want to emphasize how fundamental our customers and partners have always been to everything we do at Jitterbit. Whether it’s staying up all night to build the perfect demo, flying across the country to meet in person, or going above and beyond to provide hands-on support, I’m proud that we always demonstrate an uncommon regard for our clients. Focusing on customer success is what has gotten us this far, and it’s what will take us to the next level.
We’ve reached a point now where we’re ready to bring our unique approach to integration to a much wider audience, and KKR is the right partner to help us do that.
