Microsoft: so hot right now. With a new CEO, new direction on Windows & mobile strategies, and cool new AI projects, there is a ton happening in this huge ecosystem. Of the most interest to us? The enterprise! Convergence is here, so let’s talk about how to best utilize the powerful data your Microsoft applications are generating.
At Jitterbit, we offer a slew of Dynamics connectors to get your applications talking to each other. Whether your application is CRM, AX, GP, NAV, or SL, we’ll get them integrated to your other apps as though they speak the same language. You’ll be automating common business processes like these in no time:
Sales order shipment and invoice synchronization
Integrate leads and campaigns with marketing automation tools
Connect orders & distribution with warehouse management
Share POs and payments with suppliers and trading partners
Extract data to external reporting systems and data warehouses
You need not take our word for it however, let’s take a look at some of our customers utilizing Microsoft Dynamics integration:
Televerde – a B2B outsourced demand creation agency that helps high-tech companies to identify new customers, accelerate sales opportunities, and discover fresh, actionable market insight. Televerde needed to onboard new clients while integrating key marketing applications, but custom code was taking too much time & developer resources, while only providing a solution for 10% of clients. Using Jitterbit, integration was built for Dynamics CRM, Eloqua, Marketo, and other marketing applications, and made available to all their customers.
Sunkist – The oldest citrus growing co-op needed to migrate from Oracle Financials to Microsoft Navision and replace the many programs & scripts comprising the integration between Oracle and other systems. Through testing integration vendors, Jitterbit was selected for this integration, as well as connections to flat files and an IBM AS/400 Sales & Distribution system. Now Sunkist has an easy to maintain, in-house integration resource that has eliminated the need for complicated custom code.
Thomas Nelson – this publisher founded in 1798 wanted to migrate off their legacy mainframe system and move to a more modern architecture. Using Jitterbit as an integration platform, Thomas Nelson now has bi-directional connectivity between many applications, including Dynamics GP, Klopotek, and Red Prairie. This integration has cut project times by 75% and freed up IT to focus on more strategic initiatives.
Les Mills International – this gym chain of more than 15,000 clubs and gyms across over 80 countries needed to update their Ecommerce processes. Now they’ve integrated Dynamics AX to their website for orders, inventory, products, & pricing. They’ve also integrated Dynamics AX with SFDC for a single source of truth & order history to help support their customer service and sales teams. With this automation of business processes, their organization can operate more efficiently and deliver better customer service.
Air Berlin – this leading airline in Europe flies to 171 destinations worldwide each year and carried over 31.5 million passengers last year. In need of a front office-back office integration, Air Berlin turned to us to provide the connection between Salesforce and Dynamics NAV. Linking products and prices in NAV to SFDC allows their sales team to function more efficiently and provide better service. Additionally, this integration allows for data to push directly to their website, allowing for instant updates on pricing and flight inventory.
Other customers like KeyedIn Solutions, Armada Health, Drobo, and Super Supplements also use Jitterbit to integrate their MS Dynamics applications with great success. Those are just a few of the bigger names. You can be a small or medium size business and find great success integrating your Dynamics applications!
