I am delighted to announce that, for the fourth year in a row, Jitterbit was named a Leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant (MQ) for Enterprise Integration Platform as a Service (EiPaaS). Much more importantly, we have moved up and to the right on the MQ each and every year. And, in 2019, we saw one of our greatest gains ever.
Why is that significant?
Because it means our products and services are evolving at a faster rate than our competition, who have either stood still, or declined in the report, since last year. (Tip: compare the reports year on year, it’s an eye opener). To put numbers around this, we have succeeded in working our way past the 17 other vendors in the MQ, to reach the #3 slot. The #1 slot firmly in our sights for the next MQ.
This doesn’t happen by accident
It is the result of a multi-year investment strategy that outpaces other vendors in the areas of product, go-to-market, customer support, pricing, up-time and many other factors. But by far, we believe the biggest differentiating factor is a laser focus on the success of our customers. We have, for example, implemented 253 new product enhancements in the past year. Most of them came from customers and partners via our Ideas Portal. In a nutshell, the way we have driven more success than our competitors again this year is by combining exciting innovation with a singular focus on successful customer outcomes.
That’s what the 2019 Gartner MQ confirms. Gartner independently polled scores of our customers for this year’s MQ and documented their findings in the report: “reference customers for Jitterbit report a high degree of satisfaction with its technology’s reliability, its services and its support, and provided unconditional recommendations”.
More than just Gartner
And it’s not just Gartner… these findings are backed up by customer evaluations on G2 Crowd that ranks Jitterbit the #1 iPaaS vendor in user satisfaction.
The reality is, every company will find a way to claim they have the best product in the market. That’s why independent reports are so important i.e. the Gartner MQ, Forrester Wave (where our product functionality is rated above all 16 vendors except one who interestingly doesn’t make it into the leader quadrant for Gartner), G2Crowd, Gartner Peer Insights etc. But if you asked me why Jitterbit is the best product in its space, I would say ask our customers or download the 2019 Gartner MQ report and see for yourself.
