As I wrap up my first month as CEO of Jitterbit, I’m incredibly excited for what lies ahead. I’m thrilled to be here, but I’m also grateful for the opportunity to guide our world-class team into our next phase.

All the data suggests we’re already going in a very positive direction, and we will remain focused on securely integrating, scaling and orchestrating the future of work for our customers and partners. But I also have a number of new ideas on how to better empower our customers to achieve safe and secure digital transformation.

Who I am

I’m originally from Boston, and graduated with double majors in engineering and business management from Providence College.

I have more than 30 years’ experience in enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, data integration and analytics. While I’ve held numerous CEO roles, the most gratifying have been ones where I could find ways to help global enterprises improve the way they work, while also improving their security posture.

My most recent role, as President and CEO of global identity management and cybersecurity firm One Identity, allowed me to further develop my cybersecurity expertise in the AI era. Before that, I led the charge to scale global SIEM cybersecurity operations as CEO of LogRhythm (now Exabeam). Two great companies.

Hvorfor Jitterbit?

As I reflect on my career, a number of patterns emerge, but again and again I’ve returned to roles where I could help empower businesses through better security.

I was drawn to Jitterbit because they share that mission. I also was fortunate enough to sit on the Jitterbit Board of Directors for four months, and I’ve gotten to know the business, portfolio, products and team.

What We’re Building

We already enable customers to securely build end-to-end intelligent automation on a single, unified platform — and in the coming year, we’ll continue delivering accountable AI agent enablement.

Jitterbit also knows that a major inhibitor to fully leveraging accountable AI is the commercial relationship between iPaaS vendors and their customers. Jitterbit is about to change that with new ways for customers to effectively — and transparently — solve this disconnect. More on this very soon.
