New Harmony Integration Platform Surpasses 50,000 Users; Marquee Brands Including Air Canada, Marriott Hotels and Pep Boys Join Customer Roster
Alameda, Calif., November 11, 2014 — Jitterbit, the leading provider of fast, agile integration solutions for the modern enterprise, today announced it has kept up its rapid growth trajectory, increasing year-over-year recurring revenues by 112 percent to mark the sixth consecutive quarter of triple-digit growth. Jitterbit’s new Harmony cloud-based integration platform now serves more than 50,000 users, as more companies have recognized the need to connect cloud, social, mobile and on-premise applications to amplify business value and streamline key processes. In the third quarter, Jitterbit added major brands to its already impressive customer roster, including Air Canada, Automic, Marriott Hotels, Odyssey Logistics, Pep Boys, Renault, and Shell (Italy and Denmark), among others.
“The market desire for rapid, agile, and easy-to-use integration solutions is intense, and we’re proud to see businesses increasingly move to our new Harmony integration platform to build a fully connected enterprise that can thrive in today’s API economy,” said Jitterbit CEO George Gallegos. “We look forward to continuing this momentum as we introduce new solutions for specific verticals and expand our sales and marketing team to keep up with demand.”
Along with a summer update to the Harmony platform, Jitterbit released a major addition to its Salesforce integration solutions suite, Jitterbit Analytics Connect, at the Dreamforce ’14 conference in September. The new solution enables companies to take full advantage of the highly touted Salesforce Analytics Cloud by connecting and harmonizing enterprise data from thousands of endpoints. Expanding its presence in vertical markets, Jitterbit also announced a new partnership with Vlocity to deliver industry-specific solutions that connect Vlocity Industry Apps to third party endpoints and applications.
“Jitterbit enables us to connect hundreds of transportation and supply chain management endpoints and applications,” said Patrick Carr, Vice President Web Integrated Network (WIN) Business Services at Odyssey Logistics. “The Harmony Cloud platform allows us to connect Odyssey’s innovative logistics strategies and services directly with our customers’ enterprise systems in a way never before possible.”
Building on its strong reputation for delivering customer satisfaction, Jitterbit launched a new customer success website to support self-service integration, and added to the existing library of Jitterpak integration templates that makes it easier than ever for business users to build streamlined processes across different applications and endpoints. Jitterbit has maintained an industry-leading 99 percent customer renewal rate through 2014, further demonstrating its solid record of delivering customer success and satisfaction.
