When Ricoh adopted Salesforce CRM they faced the challenge of integrating it with their existing back office Baan ERP system. Once they saw the interface for Jitterbit they immediately knew they wouldn’t have to worry about connecting to Salesforce since Jitterbit provided the pre-built connectors for that

Ricoh now uses Jitterbit primarily to bi-directionally synch their customer data between Salesforce and their system of record, Baan, their ERP application.  Once they had chosen Jitterbit, it took them 10 days to get Jitterbit up and running.
