VP, Customer Success
As the VP of Customer Success at Jitterbit, Phil is responsible for leading the company’s customer success management team to drive adoption of Jitterbit’s platform. Phil works to identify and eliminate roadblocks the team faces in growing the company’s customer base while retaining current customers. He draws on his experience at startups and large companies, including IBM, selling integration solutions. Prior to Jitterbit, Phil held a number of positions across all functions, including sales engineer, engagement manager, product manager and marketing executive. At Jitterbit, he ties those functions together to ensure the success of both Jitterbit and its customers.
