Phew! 2016 has been a pretty momentous year for Jitterbit. We closed a $20M B-round led by KKR, were named an iPaaS leader in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, scored the highest customer satisfaction ratings of any integration vendor, had three major product releases including Winter 17 and the new Citizen Integrator, published the 2016 State of Salesforce Connectivity report and expanded several key partnerships, including with ServiceMax and Endowance.
And even with all that going on, our team made time to work closely with the Taylor Family Foundation, volunteer at the local food bank and raise funds through sponsored bike events—including Waves to Wine, where we ride as part of the Salesforce and Friends team to help eliminate multiple sclerosis and the Tour de Cure, which raises awareness and funds for diabetes programs through the American Diabetes Association.

2016 State of Salesforce Connectivity Report
This inaugural report is a huge milestone for us. Findings of the study are intended to help business analysts understand and anticipate integration trends, compare strategies with peers and better prepare businesses for digital transformation.
A key takeaway is that integrating information from other business applications with Salesforce is crucial to gaining a 360-degree view of the customer, yet users often don’t have a clear integration strategy in place.

Just this week, Jittberbit announced the release of the Harmony Winter ‘17 Citizen Integrator, the first integration solution that combines consumer-level ease-of-use for rapid scale-out with enterprise sophistication for complex integrations for thousands of cloud and on-premise applications.

Key Integration Partnerships
Speaking of Citizen Integrator, we’ve already partnered with several leading companies, including Autodesk and Endowance, to embed the self-service capabilities directly into their customer-facing solution and make that available to every single user of their application through a secure and managed connectivity environment.
“Jitterbit allowed us to quickly deliver a managed service that provides pre-built integration solutions to all INFOR customers. The Citizen Experience enables us to get INFOR customers up and running in less than three hours with pre-built best practices for quote to cash and field service,” Rob Hienekamp, CEO Endowance, said.
We also expanded our partnerships with ServiceMax, which was just acquired by GE Digital for $900MM, and SAP with our ServiceMax Connect for SAP solution. It allows companies to leverage pre-built solution templates to jumpstart a project and accelerate success. Out-of-the-box integration between common data and business processes dramatically speeds deployments, shortens time to value and decreases total cost of ownership.
Salesforce continues to be a great partner. We enjoyed attending Dreamforce and Dreamforce Comes to You events. Several of our customers were interviewed and highlighted by Peter Coffee on the Dreamforce Executive Keynote Tour in the Chicago and Toronto stops too.
For the upcoming World Tour in NYC, we are hosting a breakfast with Salesforce Sales Cloud team, have a Partner Theatre session and have a customer included in the pre-keynote interviews.
