Integration in 2013: The year in review

Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!  Before we pop the cork and ring in 2014 let’s look back at the monumental year that was 2013 at Jitterbit.

We sponsored a ton of tradeshows this year, rounding out the busy season with the biggest Cloud event of the year, Dreamforce – see the complete recap here.  In addition, Jitterbit was a major presence at all the smaller regional Salesforce events in New York, Atlanta, Toronto, Chicago, and San Francisco.  You would also have found us at Autodesk University, Apttus Accelerate, the Levementum ISV Showcase, Microsoft Convergence, and the Mid-Market CIO Forum(twice!) to name a few.  You couldn’t miss Jitterbit on the software event circuit this year.df pic

Dreamforce was by far our biggest event.  We had three booths across West and North Moscone.  And just about everywhere else you would have seen our incredible a cappella group, DeCadence, and the all-orange spandex “Endpoints” running around having fun.  In fact, of the 120,000 attendees at Dreamforce, we personally connected with 30,000 of them!

Of course, all these events don’t mean anything if you don’t have a great product to show.  And our team delivered in 2013.  With 4 new enterprise connectors, we made integration to Netsuite, Autodesk, Oracle E-Business Suite, and Microsoft Dynamics AX easier than ever before.  We launched our Cloud Data Loader for Salesforce in June, building on the success of the first Jitterbit Data Loader, which topped 25,000 users in 2013.  And then in November, we announced the Harmony platform at Dreamforce, the first and only completely unified Cloud integration platform.  Our Cloud Data Loader had been running on Harmony for months with over 1,000 users — and with the announcement of Harmony, we’ve made integration, from free data loading to complete Enterprise integration, available on a single platform.

Jitterbit had a stellar business year too.  We doubled the business year over year and had 4 quarters of consecutive growth.  We partnered with great companies including Docusign, ServiceMax, Apttus and Complete EDI.  And we signed more new successful, happy customers than ever, including great names like Office Depot, Xerox, Greenpeace International, Virgin Australia, The Guardian News, First American Mortgage Trust, and Integra Life Sciences.

2013 was a milestone year and we want to thank all our customers and partners who made it possible.  Look for 2014 to be even bigger!  Be sure to keep up with our webinars, events, and social channels for more info.  Feel free to reach out with any questions!

Happy holidays!
