Jitterbit Integration Training
Jitterbit offers standard and customized training classes that can be delivered at your offices, at a training center and online. These are delivered by a Jitterbit integration practitioner who covers the curriculum in the context of production projects deployed.
Standards Classes are divided into 150 minute sessions. Titles include:
Jitterbit 101 - two sessions - to provide new users the skills for delivering simple integrations using databases and files.
Complex Integration Concepts - four sessions - provides the skills to become a Jitterbit expert. The course covers:
- business process integration
- transformations across complex data structures
- performance tuning, debugging and error handling
LDAP Integration - single session - enables Jitterbit users to integrate all other supported systems with Active Directory and other LDAP supported directory services.
Web Service Integration and Hosting - two sessions - teaching Jitterbit users to integrate web service based applications into their processes as well as expose their Jitterbit processes as web services for others to call.
Salesforce.com Integration Techniques - four sessions teaching Jitterbit users how to integrate Salesforce.com with other applications.
Administering Jitterbit - one session - walks through Jitterbit's administration controls and provides tips and tricks for managing Jitterbit in multi-server and multi-user environments.
Customized Training - when users want to be trained using their own systems and infrastructure and a complex subset of their requirements. This requires the Jitterbit trainer to prepare custom tutorials to cover Jitterbit concepts and a lead time of 3 weeks is typically required. A custom training class is delivered on premise for a minimum of 5 attendees.
