Tactical support includes items such as best practices questions, how to modify or enrich existing integrations, scaling recommendations, and many other questions that don’t require strategic professional services in new engagements.
Jitterbit Support Personnel
Jitterbit employs only the finest in the industry and we expect nothing less in our support organization. Jitterbit support is comprised of only two types of personnel - the architects and the engineers of the Jitterbit offering. Our support customer is never more than one level away from those who develop the Jitterbit product day-to-day. This means that we resolve issues more quickly and effectively, making our customers more satisfied, our product more stable and our services available at a lower cost.
As flexibility is our focus, we offer multiple types of support agreements based on the criticality of your usage of Jitterbit and how much personal attention your business will require. These include two production support agreements for either 9-5 or 24 X 7 X 365 support, and implementation support for pre-production issues.
Technical Account Managers
Some customers require continued involvement from Jitterbit to participate in project management, be on call for scheduled downtimes and development of needed features and functionality with quick turnaround. For this reason, Jitterbit offers the technical account manager. The technical account manager is a portion of an assigned engineer dedicated to your account who will be your company’s main point-of-contact for all issues. In this way, you can be assured that every need, and every deadline, will be accommodated thanks to the world class offering of Jitterbit support services.
