Jitterpak: Salesforce.com to Bugzilla

Hi,

Is there a Jitterpak available to link and sync Salesforce.com cases of type "Bug" to issues in Bugzilla. i.e. new cases created in Salesforce.com (of type Bug) creates new cases in Bugzilla and updates in either Bugzilla or Salesforce.com get updated in the other.

John, a Jittepak does exist, however, it is owned by a Jitterbit customer.

It does the following:

1. Every 20 minutes (schedule can be configured) Jitterbit checks Salesforce.com for cases that are a certain type (in this customer's case the type is "Bug").
2. It creates a bug in Bugzilla and then updates Salesforce.com with the Bugzilla BugId. We created a custom field in cases for Bugzilla BugID.

Its very straight forward and we would be glad to work with you to deploy something similar in your environment.

Hi Ilan,

I am trying to integrate Salesforce.com to Bugzilla and we are thinking of purchasing Jitterpak. What we need to know is if Jitterpak does comment synchronization between Bugzilla and Saleseforce.com. I've searched the web and could not find any information about this.

As an example Go2Group system does do comment synchronization out of the box between JIRA and Salesforce. We need the same feature for Bugzilla and Salesforce.
