It seems that the issue is due to security that Salesforce incorporated months ago that only allows recognized networks to access its SFDC Org data. To correct this issue, you must edit the login operation and change the login request transformation to map your username and password, otherwise you will be accessing my development account and your network is not authorized to do this.

Unfortunately I had already changed the login credentials to point to my own salesforce account, so that doesn't resolve my problem. Unless there's some other step I need to take to get my network recognised for my own account.

Hi,

Did you do as the error message suggested? (Deploying everything in the project.)

Cheers,

Hi Henrik,

Thanks a lot for the Info. I was able to do a query operation using the jitterpak! hurray :D. However, I would like to load a custom wsdl file from salesforce. Do we have a link of the steps on how to do that?

Hi Norwin,

I included my security token on the password and i was able to query. FYI.

Hey Nino,

Did you get this answered? You define the custom WSDL on the Web Service Method in Jitterbit.
Download your WSDL from the salesforce.com setup and then create a new Web Service Method using this WSDL as a source.
The WSDL file is stored in your project directory under \filestore\root I've found if I need to update the WSDL the easiest way is to simply replace the file in this location with the new WSDL (e.g. overwrite it) and importantly re-deploy your whole project, this will copy the new file from your directory to the Jitterbit server. Then when doing a transformation, you'll be able to select any new fields or custom objects or custom method's you've defined in your custom sfdc WSDL.

Hello,
I apologize in advance for the stupid question. Can someone please help me understand how exactly will salesforce.com know to go to my web service call for authentication? I understand the "export"/integration into another medium such as a database or text file, however in my particular situation, i need to get the "Login" web service method to authenticate against an LDAP database. It seems straightforward, however, i might not be understanding the logic. If anyone can shed some light on this, please reply or email me: vbekkerATyodleDOTcom. Thank You very much

Is there a newer version of this jitterpack or a way to get it to work with version 4.0? I'm getting the error shown below.

Thanks,
Dean
