In answer to your questions:
1. How can i know whether my Operations are running or not?Where i can see the Error messages of the Operations?
Your operations should appear in the message queue if they have not completed and in the log once they have completed. To view the log, click on the Log button in your operations page, or right-click in the operations tag in the tree on the left and choose Operation Log and you will see all logs for all operations run.
2. When i saw the System Queue also, I am getting NO MATCHES FOUND entry only, Can u please tell me what to do?
This means that the operations have already run and there should be a corresponding message in the log. Messages are recoved from the queue once the operation runs.
3.How can I know that I am successfully connecting to salesforce?even CREATE ACCOUNT also not working?
Please look at the log.
4.Iam not able to see the .txt files on shared folder. why?
Did you change the target settings to a file share that is valid for your machine? Did you test connection to this share? If you have and the operation failed then please look at the log and it should tell you why it failed.
5. Is this problem arised due to reindexing of some of my tables at the begining?
Please tell us what the log says to determine what the issue is.
6. Whenever I changed some parameters of project, is it necessary to depoly that project again on server?
Yes, however, the system should automatically detect any dependant settings that were changed and should tell you that its going to deploy them before running an operation.
