UPDATED: Jitterbit's Forum Support Policy

Jitterbit’s policy for responding to forum posts has been changed in order to better support our paying customers in production and to allow us to focus on the development of Jitterbit to ensure it continues to be the most powerful open source integration solution available.

The Jitterbit support team will answer forum inquires under the following guidelines:
    Jitterbit Customers
    - All forum posts will be answered within 24 hours. Customers can also continue to access our phone & email support as before.
    Jitterbit Users
    - Installation Issues will be responded to as soon as we can get to them.
    - Bug Reports will be addressed as soon as we can validate and fix them.
    - How-to/Usage Questions will not be addressed earlier than 5 days.

We will continue to help our new community users get up and running with Jitterbit. However, if you are looking to take Jitterbit into production and need faster response times please contact us about our cost-effective training, implementation and support subscription options.

I think all thread member have to read and consider this policy before posting.Because it is important to read.
