The Jitterbit support team will answer forum inquires under the following guidelines:
- Jitterbit Customers
- All forum posts will be answered within 24 hours. Customers can also continue to access our phone & email support as before.
- Jitterbit Users
- Installation Issues will be responded to as soon as we can get to them.
- Bug Reports will be addressed as soon as we can validate and fix them.
- How-to/Usage Questions will not be addressed earlier than 5 days.
