Jitterbit Integrates with Oracle CRM On Demand
Open Source Solution Speeds Data Between Applications and Latest Oracle Release
Oakland, Calif. – Jan. 28, 2009 – Jitterbit announced today advanced features to enhance the compatibility of its award-winning open source integration software with Oracle® CRM On Demand Release 16.
“Oracle’s continued advancement of its CRM products highlights the ongoing market need to effectively and flexibly extend applications to meet today’s business challenges,” said Ilan Sehayek, Jitterbit CTO. “Jitterbit’s open source solutions deliver industry-leading development, flexibility and customization capabilities -- providing low risk, cost effective CRM integration.”
To natively support Oracle’s On Demand security model, Jitterbit 2.0 Enterprise now includes support for the Oracle-specific JSessionID authentication method. For customers, using Jitterbit ensures that Oracle On Demand integration does not require deep technical expertise. Additionally, the data chunking features included in Jitterbit’s latest release allow users to overcome bandwidth limitations built into On Demand’s Web services calls. This feature allows users to move larger data sets -- such as Oracle’s unlimited objects -- in a shorter amount of time and without any programming logic.
Jitterbit is designed with an enterprise-class Web services integration interface, and is the open source solution of choice for SOA, Web Services, Point-To-Point and ETL integration. Jitterbit simplifies the creation, deployment and maintenance of application and data integrations, both within and between organizations of all sizes. Adopted by more than 3,000 organizations, Jitterbit’s customers represent some of the world’s largest companies and government agencies – including NASA, Continental Airlines and the state of Iowa.
